Shipping & Cancellation Policy

A. The Eitch purchases are not refundable. In the event a total of twenty pieces are not delivered before the end of month, a full refund will be provided. 

B. Excluding the Eitch purchases, which are not refundable, all other purchases can be reversed within the 48 hours from the moment of purchase. 

C. All shipment will be made via either USPS media or USPS Ground or equivalent. If your package doesn't arrive as advised by your tracking, please contact us via email! at info@hyphenreads.com .
